Welcome to Unit #30... This unit has been completely renovated. The kitchen has granite countertops with white cabinets, porcelain tile floors throughout, washer/dryer, king bed, bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bar. The owners were generous with the amenities of this unit. Our hope is that is that you enjoy this unit, as well as the Jamaica Royale property and beach. On our property, we also have shuffleboard and two community BBQ's, one of which is beach side. We truly hope you enjoy your stay with us. In addition to our beautiful beach, the public beach is only a 1/2 mile from Jamaica Royale where you can enjoy the tennis courts and the volleyball courts. A Murphy Bed and the NEW (2021) easy-to-operate Sleep Sofa offer multiple options for dreamland. The sleeper is comfy and doesn’t require you to pull off any of the cushions. Freshly painted (2021.) Games and Puzzles and loads of Beach Reading provided. Both a Keurig AND regular Coffee Maker available. Free Wi-Fi. We have furnished and stocked the unit with the thought of “What would we like to find when we rent a condo.†We want you to enjoy your stay. Patio is only steps away from (1) of the (3) Heated Pools on the grounds. Condo located on the “convenient†side of the community with plenty of guest parking and direct access to pools. Only a short walk further and you find yourself on the soft white sand of world-famous Siesta Key Beach. Comfortable Lounge Chairs provided at the pools AND the beach. Have fun playing shuffleboard and enjoy easy access to a BBQ area. Leave your car parked while here and take advantage of the many easy FREE transportation services on the island including the Trolley and Shuttle services. Bike rentals are also available in multiple locations. On-site management makes it easy to get questions answered and any unexpected issues addressed. This 2 bedroom 1 bath villa is very comfortable. It has a large flat screen television for watching all your sports, soap operas, or your favorite shows. The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. It is located in the garden/pool area of our beautifully landscaped property. Though you can enjoy any of the 3 heated pools on the grounds, you have a pool right outside your patio door. We also have county tennis courts a short walk from the Jamaica Royale property. You are welcome to enjoy the shuffleboard court at the community patio of our property. We have two BBQs for exclusive use by Jamaica Royale guests, one at the community patio and one beach side near the TiKi Hut. There are lounge chairs on our private beach for your sunning pleasure. The kitchen has granite countertops, maple cabinets, porcelain tile floors throughout, washer/dryer, king bed, bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bar. This is a very nice unit. You will enjoy staying here with all of its amenities of home, including the wonderful patio for entertaining, or just kicking back after a day at the beach or the pool. Backpack beach chairs are provided, along with a cooler, a sun tent for the beach, a beach mat, and horseshoes and cornhole games for you to take down to the beach in a new beach cart with oversized sand tires. If you are not in the mood for cooking indoors or going out to dinner, have a BBQ at the community patio or beachside. After your BBQ, relax again and watch the most beautiful sunsets on our infamous Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy coffee, made in the brand new Keurig machine, in the morning on the patio. Unit 57 has been updated and is a gorgeous condo. All new crown molding, tile, and paint. But there is more.... All new furniture from the kitchen to the bedroom. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress. The shower has grab bars!!! Come and enjoy this beautiful unit on the white sands of Siesta!!! You will not be disappointed. Walk out of your condo and take a few little steps into the pool. There is plenty of toys and towels, so you don't don't need to bring them!
