Enjoy a newly designed open kitchen, new living room, bedroom, and new flat screen Tv's, with tile throughout. This unit offers a queen-size and a full-size bed in the bedroom. We also have shuffleboard and two BBQ centers. Feel free to enjoy all three pools on the grounds of our beautifully landscaped property, either at the Community Patio near your condo, or down at the beach side, where you can enjoy a wonderful sunset. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request..

Arielle and Stacy were amazing Thank You The condos and property are in beautiful condition The short walk to the beach and cleanliness made our two weeks so nice The trolleys to town are so close Loves being able to grill and other residents so kind I canrsquot wait to stay longer next year Thank You All

Wonderful Unit

We spent a week here to celebrate our 25th Anniversary in January 2022 The unit is very clean well stocked and the complex is very quiet It was just what we wanted The convenience of being able to park right outside your front door was a lifesaver for loadingunloading No stairs or elevators to hassle with The kitchen is a great layout amp there was plenty of room to move around We dined out about 50 of the time but we defintitely made use of the units kitchen We got steaks and scallops at Detweilers Market and used the grill in the courtyard to prepare them It was the BEST meal we had all week The beach is gorgeous and the property is meticulously maintained We will be back

Everything was very wonderful except in our room there were frequent loud sounds coming from the air conditioning room that sounded like a washing machine filling with water Besides for that it was very nice staying there

We loved Jamaica Royale 048 The apartment was upreview_dated and had everything we needed for our vacation The only downfall was the furniture There was only one comfortable chair The couch amp blue chair need replaced If they take care of that we will definitely be back for a longer stay
