PRIME VACATIONS was founded in 2017 by local Anna Maria Island residents. An original staff of just five managed a handful of beach houses and personally assisted all guests with every aspect of their stay and all homeowners with every facet of their homes. Today, we are a passionate team of 350+ continuing to provide premium personalized service. We offer our property owners in coastal Florida comprehensive services for managing their homes and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our 1000+ rental properties.
