Updated 1 bedroom 1 bath garden view unit with remodeled bathroom and walk in shower with seating. This condo is located in the garden/pool area on the sunny side of our beautifully landscaped property. One of the pools is just steps from the patio! Feel free to enjoy all the amenities our property has to offer, including three heated freshwater pools, shuffleboard court, BBQ areas (one beach side and one at the community patio). Tennis courts, volleyball courts, and the public beach are just a short walk away. Many water competitions take place at Siesta Key Beach a short distance from our property. ****NO RENTALS LOWER THAN 7 NIGHTS****ALL RENTALS MUST BE NON-SMOKERS****This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy.

we liked it a lot the 038 very large and comfortable for my wife and me the only thing that is a bit far from the beach but it is good for walking and exercising

Great Place to Stay

We had an excellent time excellent time on the beach no hassles no problems no one getting out of hand had a great view of the beach plenty of wildlife to look at an excellent clean room 38 and bed to sleep in I and my wife had an excellent time and will be preparing for next year to stay thank you for your great hospitality and we will honestly highly recommend Jamaica Royale for people to come to stay thank you

Everything about unit 38 was fabulous and newly upreview_dated Only a short walk to the beach on the walkway and then chairs available there to bring to beach 3 fabulous pools White sand beach was like no other We rented a scooter to get around a couple days and that was fun However the trolley is free picks up every 1015 minutes so no need for car rental unless you want to leave the key The village is a fun area We will definitely be back and look forward to staying at Jamaica Royale as the staff were so friendly and accommodating

Our unit was nice and clean U liked that the property was on the beach And the beach was amazing The employees where awesome The pools close early due to lack of lighting I was told the property owners should figure that out Sounds like Irsquom complaining but Irsquom definitely coming back to area Just not sure where Irsquoll stay

We enjoyed our stay but didnrsquot realize we were so far from the beach My husband can only walk short distances so I had to drive him to the beach each day Walk in shower was awesome as was washer amp dryer in unit

Had a great stay Our villa was great had everything we needed The only thing I would recommend when booking check the site map and get as close as you can to the beach We were in the 3039s and it was a bit of a hike with all of your beach belongings Overall it is a beautiful CLEAN property already booked for 2022
