The unit overlooks pool #1 (also known as the "quiet pool"), offers brand new pavers in the front and rear of the unit, and features Florida Patioâ€™s newest high-end hurricane line of custom made patio furniture, including two recliners, dining table, chairs and umbrella. We love Siesta Key Jamaica Royale and Unit 52 The only thing that would make it better is to meet the owners of 52 They have made so many improvements Its like Christmas each year we enter to see what they have done If youve never been to Siesta Key I would highly recommend it You definitely will not be sorry

We dont really want people to know how wonderful it is to stay in Unit 52 so maybe it wont be requested and can remain a secret The unit is nicely upreview_date appreciate the larger size washerdryer the bed is comfortable really makes a difference in ones stay and absolutely appreciate the patio furniture as well as the close to pool location

We were very happy with the overall condition of the unit and how well setup it was There was a washer dryer dishwasher 2 TVs patio furniture and beach chairs Plenty of pots and pans and all the utensils needed for anything from pasta to cooking on the grill Great location by the pool and gas grill We would happily go back to unit 052 again

I want to thank the new owners for all the improvements We have a new full size washer and dryer safe new dish washer new bedding and a container in the back to hold the beach chairs etc so we can use the laundry room as a laundry room We were impressed because we could lock the sliding door to the garden area Last year we couldnt do that If you havent been to Siesta Key you are truly missing out We have stayed at several different locations but we prefer Jamaica Royale Of course its the people who make it specialAgain thank you to the new owners

Staying at Condo 52 was as wonderful as I had expected from the photos and reviews The condo was exceptionally clean and wellsupplied I really appreciated the convenience and security of being able to park right outside my door I loved being able to walk to the beach without having to cross a busy road The sand at Siesta Key is the best I have experiencedmdashlike fine white baby powder Both the owner and Jamaica Royale staff were very helpful and responsive I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful condo
