Welcome to Unit #39 . This unit has been completely renovated. New living room and dining room furniture put in March 2021. The kitchen has granite countertops, maple cabinets, porcelain tile floors throughout, washer/dryer, king bed, bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bar. This is a very nice unit. You will enjoy staying here with all of its amenities of home, including the wonderful patio for entertaining, or just kicking back after a day at the beach or the pool. Backpack beach chairs are provided, along with a cooler, a sun tent for the beach, a beach mat, and horseshoes and cornhole games for you to take down to the beach in a new beach cart with oversized sand tires. If you are not in the mood for cooking indoors or going out to dinner, have a BBQ at the community patio or beachside. After your BBQ, relax again and watch the most beautiful sunsets on our infamous Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy coffee, made in the brand new Keurig machine, in the morning on the patio. And if it is too sunny, put up the brand new umbrella provided. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

Loved the condohellipthe kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and everything we needed It was spotless Would definitely stay there againhellip It would be nice to have a few more hangershellipother than that it was perfect

Cozy Villa

Unit 39 is a bit of a walk to the ocean but the beach wagon provided in the unit was very useful There were also beach chairs and umbrellas available in the laundry room cabinets Plenty of dishware pots pans and utensils The washer and dryer were great The bathroom is very small and didnt have a vent nor did the glass door shut all the way but we made it work Plenty of dresser storage and a large master closet The master bed was a bit more firm for my preference as was the pull out couch Their was a ceiling fan in our bedroom but also a box fan which was great white noise Parking right at your door is a perk and we enjoyed our patio The outside umbrella was nice in the morning but needs water in the base as it kept blowing over My adult children rented unit 7 which was closer to the beach and had a beautiful beach feel renovation with an open concept layout including a more spacious bathroom yet they all hung out in unit 39 and called it quotcozyquot Overall it was a great week of relaxation and I am planning our return next summer

The staff were helpful and friendly The Villa we stayed in was very nicely furnished We have already reserved a Villa close to the beach for next year I love staying in the Villas because you have covered parking right outside your unit

Wonderful memories

We rented 39 At Jamaica Royale and it was a great find The place was beautiful and very clean The wagon made it so easy to get to the beach and the beach chairs were a plus Many days there were no chairs on the beach available We were next to the pool which we really enjoyed The people at Jamaica Royale were so great from the office to the security guards Thank you for some wonderful memories Tom and Alison Murray

Weve been staying at Jamaica Royale for ten years plus and love it Stayed in different units and unit 39 was very nice The wine and flowers were a nice way to start our vacation We will be back in the spring and will probably book this unit again The king size bed was nice which is key to a good vacation
