Available Positions
Property Management Company is looking for an Accounting Clerk who will manage and oversee expenses for the company. This person will work closely with the other accounting team members to ensure accurate and timely logging of bills and entries into our property management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log all payments paid by company credit cardholders correctly so property owners or company is charged accordingly per month
- Obtain invoice payment approval from applicable departments and process invoice payments and receipt logging.
- Reconcile payments throughout the month to ensure all payments are accounted for and billed to owners or company overhead correctly
- Follow up with company credit card holder(s) if additional information is needed to process receipts
- Create/update records and database data
- Archive all receipts of payments made for reference during month-end reconciliation
- Organize physical and digital files
- Support Director of Finance with special assignments, month-end reconciliation, and more
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
We are looking for a reliable, attention to detail person with high organization skills to join our team in a full-time/part time position as a Property Inspector. The primary responsibility is to inspect luxury vacation homes and for maintaining the physical condition of our homes from both a preventative and corrective standpoint.
General Requirements
• Must have a valid, clean driver’s license
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated
• Familiarity in dealing with service providers and contractors
• Must be able to perform tasks independently after being given specific instructions
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees, homeowners, and guests
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greets
Physical Demands / Work Environment
• For all parts of this job, the candidate must be able to climb stairs, bend over, stoop and/or get down on knees, work outside moving from home to home in rain or hot/cold weather
• Ability to move, push, pull, lift, carry objects, use ladders
Will need to be able to reach overhead, bend, and twist
