Arrive for a dream island holiday; the entrance to Harbour Villa Club is a welcoming community surrounded by tropical landscaping and Bay waters. Park in the covered parking space, and once inside, you’ll instantly feel at home with an immaculate open layout to kick back and unwind. The living room provides a cozy sleeper sofa, side chairs, and a TV. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials, granite counter space for prepping, custom cabinets to store your groceries, and a breakfast bar complete with chairs. Next to the kitchen is your dining table, where you can enjoy delicious meals. Grab your drink of choice, head onto the outdoor patio, watch your fellow captains pass by, and meet fellow vacationers and even some locals.

Awaken refreshed in the beautifully appointed bedrooms where you can sink into the soft beds styled with luxury linens. The primary bedroom features a King bed, bedside tables with ambient lighting, closet space, and private access to the lanai with stunning water views. The ensuite bathroom provides a spa-like experience with a glass-enclosed shower with a built-in seat to freshen up after sunbathing by the surf and sand. The second bedroom features two twin beds, and your guest bathroom has a step-in shower.

*Boat Dock will be available for rent $350.00 per week. Trailer parking available no longer than 14 days.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. A designated parking #102 is available for one car, second vehicle must park in the guest parking areas. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
