Excellent would highly recommend

Unit 101 is the perfect location Its just a very short walk from the beautiful beaches in Siesta Key and several great restaurants The unit itself is very nice the separate bedroom and bathroom are very convenient The unit was clean and had everything we needed Comfy bed and pillows The kitchen allowed for both snacks and meals Our family really enjoyed the screened in porch all hours of the day The pool was very nice clean relaxing We loved unit 101 and will definitely return

First time in Siesta Key

We had the pleasure of staying for the first time in Siesta Key The accommodations were great It was very clean the air worked great and it was very nice to have the washer and dryer in house It was only 1 block off the strip and was only 1 block from the gulf The beach was beautiful and the restaurants and stores were also very good We especially enjoyed Ophelias and highly recommend it ask for Cshabba the Hungarian waiter He was fabulous There are a few negatives regarding our stay The beach chairs and umbrella were below standard Being older we were not able to use the chairs provided as they were too low to the ground and the umbrella was too small to get two people under it My sister rented the Happy Clam which was literally next door Her accommodations were FABULOUS They had beautiful Tommy Bahama high beach chairs with an upscale umbrella The amenities were far superior than ours My suggestion is that the owners upgrade the beach chairs and umbrella to accommoreview_date older renters Would I rent this again Yes if they upgrade the beach accommodations

Great location

Great location to the beach and village Condo has more than you will need including a beach cart chairs boogie boards ect Bed was comfy Older condo but upreview_dated and well maintained The Broken Egg was wonderful for breakfast and it is literally on the corner of the street less than 12 a block Rip fire pizza was also great The beach is a short walk and is beautiful and a great place for pictures Enjoyed our stay very much

This apartment was the perfect location for our 8 day stay The apartment was around the corner from The Village and a 5 minute walk to the beach Check in and out process was really simple and we will definitely use Tropical Sands for future rentals

Village West is the perfect little condominium complex And Unit 101 was just right for us The complex isn39t too large has a nice pool is only a block or two from Siesta Key Village and two blocks from the quiet end of beautiful Siesta Key Beach

Great Stay

Love Village West Definitely the best location in SK Place was super clean and everything was super easy with picking up keys etc Pool area has been redone and is really nice as well My only recommendation for improvement would be to have at least one BBQ grill down in the expanded pool areaas we were hoping to grill some food one of the nights

Perfect location

Siesta Key Village is one of our favorite short stay getaways This unit is perfect for short or long stays Everything well appointed and convenient to getting around the village Short walk to the beach or the many places of dining or entertainment The unit was very clean and nicely decorated The bed was very comfortable Neither too hard or too soft Unlike some units I have rented previously if you are cooking you will need to purchase or bring standard spices etc for cooking That being said I would highly recommend this unit Would definitely stay here again with future trips to this wonderful Village

Great Location

The condo was clean and had everything we needed The complex is quiet despite being so close to everything The location cannot be beatbeach restaurants shops a quick walk away The only thing disappointing was there was just one beach chair that worked and it was quite old and tired We used a regular folding chair too but I39d recommend investing in 2 decent beach chairs Other than that everything was excellent and we hope to be back soon

You donrsquot need a car to enjoy the sunshine and beach because this location is a block and a half from the beach and less than that from Siesta Key Village where restaurants shops grocery and bars are easily within walking distance

We just love this condo It39s a spacious 1 bedroom very clean 5 minute walk to beach around the corner from all the best restaurants and bars has a pool and is very clean We39ve stayed here 2x and will do so again on our next Siesta Key visit

My wife and I had this unit for one week at the end of Oct 2018It was perfect for our needs Very close to both the beach and the village The pool area was very pleasant with sufficient loungers The unit was very well equipped and included chairs and loungers and umbrellas We would definitely go back to this unit

Fantastic location

This was a long girls weekend and this unit was perfect Right outside our cute screened porch was a nice clean pool Literally seconds to walk to the restaurants and maybe a 2 min walk to the beach The unit was very clean and easy to find I would love love love to stay here again I39ve rented from dozens of condo39s in the immediate area over the years I39ll definitely be back to tropical sands

Perfect rental

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo The owners have provided just about everything you need including Beach chairs umbrella toys for the kids etc The location is fabulous We were able to walk to dinner the beach the market etc We also rented bikes since its an easy flat ride to anything in town The condo is very nicely decorated was clean and the pool area was beautiful too Hope to return sometime soon

Stayed in this apartment before it is perfect for us as a couple Easy walk to all the restaurants and bars etc Also can walk to the beach but just short drive down to Crescent Beach Bed is large and very comfortable There is a pull out in sofa also Plenty of kitchen utensils etc but didnt use any ourselves as even for coffee popped round to french cafe in the mornings to get this Loads of towels provided and washerdryer There is also a safe now which is good Would not hesitate to stay here again

Village W is one of my favorite places to stay on the key The pool area is very nice the pool was the perfect temp and the grounds are well kept 101 is one of the nicer units I love the washerdryer being in the unit and the unit is up to review_date and stocked well with everything youll ever need I would rent this unit again

This unit was in a very neat complex with the best access to the always hopping downtown It was also within a few blocks of the beach Couldnt have asked for a better location We only got into our car once the whole weekLoved having access to the pool for afternoons after the beach And laundry in the unit was a huge plus

Best rental accommodation we have ever stayed in It had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday Best owner we have ever had to deal with and excellent support given by the Property Management teamThe condo had everything we needeD and was right in the middle of the village with easy access to all the shops restaurants and bars and the beautiful Siesta beachWe did not hire a car for our 3 week stay We taxied from Tampa Airport and used the SCAT bus when in Siesta which was fine for us as we wanted to relax Did go to Longboat St Armands and Sarasota on the bus Made use of the free taxi service on the island which was greatWill return to Siesta sometime soon and hope to be able to book the same accommodationThanks again for helping to make our holiday so enjoyable

A VERY comfortable very quiet very nicely appointed 1 BR ground floor unit in a small complex quite literally a block away from the Village SKOB etc Completely stocked kitchen nice pool area beach equipment etc But the best thing about this unit is location Easy walk to the north end of the beach even easier walk to the Village with all the bars restaurants and shops Will definitely rent this unit again

This was our first time on Siesta Key and our one bedroom unit was perfect for our needs We had a nice bedroom and very comfortable living room with a large bath and full kitchen The unit was clean attractive and nicely appointed The best part was the location as we were 12 block from town and 112 blocks from the beach We could walk anywhereno need go get in the car When I took the car to play golf not walking distance my wife was able to find plenty to do a short distance from the condo
