Welcome to Villa Florence, a magnificent Mediterranean-inspired home with three bedrooms and three baths just five minutes from the pristine Gulf of Mexico beach! As you arrive at the front gate, you'll love the pristine landscaping with tropical plants and tall palm trees. The home's great room is furnished with beautiful leather couches, an Xbox, a dark wood dining table, and a lovely balcony with a bistro table. Prepare family favorites in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee at the vibrant breakfast table. The home's washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen.
Upstairs are the two Primary bedrooms. The first primary has stunning coastal decor, a private balcony with plush seats, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub combination. This room also has a den area with a daybed. Just like the first bedroom, the second primary has stunning coastal decor, a private balcony, and a TV, and the ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. On the second floor is the third bedroom with a bunk bed, TV, and access to the main floor balcony. A hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower is great for refreshing after a fun day exploring.

Amazing

We stayed at Villa Florence for 11 days. It was amazing. The property is spacious and it has a gorgeous private swimming pool that we all enjoyed. There are some floaters and pool toys to use which was great. It is so close to a cvs and Publix. The staff is also helpful and amazing. We did have a couple of issues. The beach carts in the garage are both broken, but we didn’t realize it until we were almost at the beach and the wheel fell off, but it wasn’t a big deal to us. Also the blue pool net is broken so it was hard to clean the pool but I did find another white net in the garage on our last day there. I would recommend providing like a swiffer wet jet for floor cleaning as the floors were dirty. They do have a broom which is great. I still believe a 5 star rating is deserved because this property and the staff are amazing. We will definitely be back with Anna Maria vacations in the future. Thank you guys so much.

I am not currently at this property, but I was looking at it online and called Adventure Rentals, and may I just say that Mckaila is sooo helpful and friendly, and I think its great that the girls in reservations are helpful enough to hook us up with someone just as friendly! Love y'all and ill definitely be booking soon! 🙂
