Welcome to View of the Gulf, a magnificent villa with a rooftop deck with gorgeous Gulf views just mere steps away from the stunning white sands of Holmes Beach. This seven-bedroom, four-full, two-and-a-half-bath home features a sparkling pool, hot tub, a tiki bar, and shuffleboard, making this home a dream beach vacation getaway!
From the original artwork, solid wood floors, and marble bathrooms to the serene and spacious landscaped gardens, View of the Gulf defines coastal luxury. Guests can relax on the oversized leather sectional in the living room and have a movie night, unwind in the smaller den with comfortable sofas and tropical views, or have a family game night in the downstairs living space. The elegant kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops and is well-equipped to prepare and serve delicious meals. Gather guests for meals in the formal dining room under the lovely chandelier, or feel the breeze at the poolside table under the covered patio. Right next to the formal dining room is a balcony with comfy seating.
Refresh and renew yourself in the lush primary bedroom, with a Queen bed, balcony access, and a deluxe ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Guests in the second bedroom can open the sliding door, listen to the palm trees sway as they drift off to sleep, and refresh in the ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. Seashells, sand dollars, a Queen bed, and patio access make the third bedroom a beachside oasis. The fourth bedroom has a beautiful four-post queen bed and is great for small families traveling together because it shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower, with the fifth bedroom having a twin-over-full bunk bed. A full bathroom with a shower and tub is available on the third floor, a half bath on the second and first floors, and a washer and dryer.

The backyard is a tropical paradise whose stunning heated pool has a water feature, a swim-up table, and a hot tub to soothe muscles. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. This property requires a 7 night stay as set forth by Holmes Beach’s Land Development Code. Occupancy may not exceed 14.

Beautiful house and location. Our timeshare down the road expired so we decided to rent this house. It was so beautiful. The pool and yard were amazing. I think it spoiled me from renting anywhere with a shared pool or common area again. Very short walk to the beach. Only complaint I have is the house across the street had people constantly partying and yelling well past 2 am every night and they had on multiple bright flood lights facing the house. Still, I would definitely rent this again.
Lynne, we are so happy that you enjoyed your time at View of the Gulf ~ and we agree, it will definitely spoil you for renting elsewhere! We are so sorry that your neighbors weren't the best. Anna Maria Island does have a noise ordinance and the police are very serious about enforcing it should the situation be reported to them. In an instance such as you describe, that is probably your best course of action to get that rectified. We are so happy that it didn't ruin all your fun and we look forward to welcoming you back to AMI!
