Another excellent stay at Tivoli 2 minor improvements needed1 Beach access and Room Access should switch to cards not keys the locks will rust quickly 2 Pool temp was cooler than other years maybe turn on heater a few weeks earlier

This place is well cared for and has a casual Asian decor that works well in the space Kitchen is well equipped appliances are all new and the WiFi worked well as we had 2 guys working remotely for 4 days Only one small suggestion the shag rug under the kitchen table is worn and in the summer humidity has a musty odor Thats a quick fix This is a fine condo for a seaside vacation well try to rent it again

So pleased with this beautifully decorated condo with a view of the ocean The artwork and the design is so beautiful it just made me happy Did not even have time to take advantage of all of the amenities including tennis and ping pong but did take advantage of the well maintained heated pool the private path to the ocean and of course the ocean The Siesta Village is an easy walk or a cheap Uber Read my book out on the balcony and relaxed Within the condo the owner has thought of everything from a wine refrigerator every small appliance and a washer and dryer Wish we could have stayed longer

Great location and our view from the 6th floor was amazing Management did an excellent job of communicating through the whole process which was helpful We stayed 2 weeks this year and are coming back for 4 weeks next year The condo complex was quiet and very clean I would give it a 5 star rating

Tivoli is always first class

My immediate family has vacationed for a week or more in the summer at Tivoli from 20052008 and 20102016 and 2020 My wife vacationed there with her parents over 40 years ago As usual we found the condo to be spotless and our view of the Gulf from unit 601 cant be topped There were a few small issues the owner may want to address The lock on the sliding door from the living room to the porch is broken and takes some work to close The television in the master bedroom has a terrible picture quality the color isnt right maybe it can be adjusted and the only clock in the unit is on the microwave There was a small alarm clock in the master bedroom that didnt work may just need batteries and another alarm clock was in a drawer but it required instructions to be able to set it properly

We absolutely loved unit 601 at Tivoli by the Sea The view of the ocean from the balcony was Beautiful The unit was spotless The condo had all the amenities you could want The private beach entrance was a few steps from the condo We will definitely stay here in the future I give it 5

We thoroughly enjoy our stays at Tivoli The grounds are kept immaculate and everything is well maintained Kudos to your staff One suggestion a few bikes available for riding would be terrific I know this can be problematic but what a nice offering Do it on a first come first serve basis

Defintently would recommend Tivoli by the Sea Everything is so convient for you in the condo itself to the free rides to the Village amp surrounding area You can39t go wrong by staying here for a short little getaway or for a long relaxing vacation Everyone that we ran into either at the condo or in town were very friendly amp helpfully A big Thank You to Tanya Thorndike rental Manager she39s the best

We stayed for a week in apartment 601 3 moms and 3 teenagers we were very pleased with the accomodation and and facilities The location was terrific in between the public beach and the Village Tanja was very helpful and sweet We will definately come back to Tivoli Many thanks from the Icelandic group

We had a fantastic week in 601 Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers The apartment was beautifully furnishedspacious clean and well equipped The best thing about the apartment for us was the huge balcony overlooking the beach Very handy for shops and restaurants and just a short walk to an amazing beach We would love to return one day

My husband and I and another couple stayed in 601 and we all had a great experience The condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious The location was greatsteps to the pool and beach and only a short walk to the village Everything we needed was in the condo except beach towels so next time we visit we know to bring those All the staff were very pleasant and readily available to answer questions as needed Thank you Tivoli for the wonderful time and we cant wait to come back

We have been renting at the Tivoli for eight years We repeat each year because this property offers the perfect spot to enjoy Siesta Key The buildings and grounds with pool tennis court basketball and BBQ are maticulisly maintained by the friendly staff The on site manager is always very helpful Grab some complimentary chairs from the bin at the pool and cross the street to a private beach access leading to the best beach in the US Its an easy walk to the village with its restaurants and night life What could be better than a free ride home after a night on the town Cant wait to return
