Beautiful Property very clean amp well managed Our unit could not have been better perfect view of the ocean from either the living room or the master bedroom Tivoli is situated close to the beach and a reasonable walking distance to town The young lady managing the the property was always pleasant amp accommodating She always keep a big smile on her face and was quick to assist you in even the most mundane of matters

Enjoyed our stay Unit was well kept and well equipped Private beach access was very convenient All of the comforts of home My husband and I travelled with another friend The second bedroom and bathroom provided privacy for her as well The small size of this resort was perfect Felt very private I will recommend Tivoli to friends We took advantage of the trolley the free golf cart shuttles and Frog Hop bus both of these services work for tips the trolley is truly free and is not allowed to accept tips

Just what the doctor ordered

We had an absolutely perfect vacation in Siesta Key and this apartment played a huge role in that We loved being able to sit on the balcony to soak up sun and look out over the ocean The pool was heated the perfect temperature making late night swims delicious The unit is well appointed with all the appliances and equipment we needed to cook excellent meals The master bed is particularly comfortable so much so that we realized we need to purchase a new bed at home I was disappointed that the women39s sauna was not working during our stay I hope it will be fixed before we visit again next January I highly recommend this comfortable and pristine unit to any vacation goers

We have been coming to Tivoli for 10 years The property has only improved over time The pool and grounds are magnificently maintained The views are amazing and with private beach access this property choice is hard to beat A short walk to the village We look forward to returning for the next 10 years Thank you Tanya and Tivoli team for a beautiful property experience

Clean quiet nice location

We stayed at the Tivola midJanuary The Tivoli is in a great location walk to the village approx 12 mile for restaurants a market You cross a busy Siesta Key street to get to the beach Our accommodations were on the 5th floor The LR and master Bdrm had a view of the ocean from the protected balcony the balcony was a great place to sit on sunny windy days as it blocked the breeze We made good use of the putting green and table tennis on chilly days s Our unit was very clean The second bedroom is not as lightfilled as the master and its bathroom is directly across the hall It has a full and a single bed

We were looking for a quiet location that was convenient to everythingwell jackpot What a great spot to have close access to a beautiful beach ability to stay in the quietprivate Tivoli beach space or venture a bit to the public beach with more action There are two of the free trolley stops right by property which gives easy transportation to the village for diningshoppingnight life This specific property 505 had nearly everything you could want Kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals Living room has high def cable bedrooms didnrsquot seem to Balcony is fantastic with amazing view of the beach We had some ldquolove bugrdquo issues on the balcony but we came to understand itrsquos seasonal for them Master bed is pretty comfortable not like home but better than many places Irsquove stayed The grounds are well kept by the maintenance man and well managed The pool is nice and the rec room is nice for games foosball table tennis golf clubs for the putting green and tennis ballsrackets for the court on property The pool also has plenty of beach chairs beach toys and pool toys If you canrsquot find things to keep you fun and active itrsquos likely your fault Overall a great stay and would highly recommend it

We stayed the end of January this year and were very happy with our accommodations Our unit was largecleanand very nicely decoratedThe location to the beachvillageeverything was very easyThe staffeveryone were extremely friendly and helpful We are making arrangements for next year and many to comeI was hesitant not being directly on the beachside but I had a better view from both my living area and bedroom that Ive ever had on the beachThis place is perfect
