Clean condo with everything we needed If I had two things to improve it would be better TVs and better toilet paper We enjoyed our stay at Tivoli and would highly recommend it

What a great value Pool tennis basketball putting green recreation room BBQ all well maintained and in great condition are the amenities provided The view is awesome Cant beat the private beach access Condo is very large and rooms are well separated in condo to provide privacy within condo The balcony is the real show stealer and we spent our mornings eating and watching the gulf The village a short easy 10 minute walk Only negative is the satsat booking requirement Already booked for 2022

Another trip that felt like home

Tivoli by the Sea is so well run has very pleasant residents and has so many conveniences it makes you feel at home From the heated pool to the practice green the tennis courts basketball hoop and of course steps away from Siesta Keys gorgeous beach youve got everything you could want Dont forget about the free trolley which runs right by the propertySpecifically we stayed in unit 404 Maintenance took care of an issue with the drain in the master tubshower No problem Otherwise only complaint would be the TV in the living room has a below average picture and the sound from the TV is below average and at times hard to hear if you have the patio screen door open which youll want to Even switching TVs with the master bedroom would be an improvement Again pathetic complaint since youre not there to watch TV But doing something to upgrade audiovideo in the living area would be nice Everything else was well stocked well cleaned and just made the stay feel like home We cant emphasize enough how throughly we enjoy our stays here

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Unit 404 It was clean beautifully decorated with a great view and appreciated the covered parking When we come back we would probably stay on a top floor as the folks above us on this trip were noisy We especially appreciated the security on the property but we noticed several times guests did not close the gate from the pool onto the street Too bad there isnt a motion activated voice reminder to close the gate We have and will continue to recommend this property to our friends family Looking forward to coming back Thank you

Our piece of Paradise

We have been missing Siesta Key since we left Such a beautiful spot we continue to return to Tivoli is perfectly located with excellent views and nice large balconies The units are spacious clean and well laid out The gas grills are like new and we got lots of use of them Pool is warm and beautiful and lots of beach chairs are provided for the spectacular PRIVATELY beach We continue to return for all these reasons its really our piece of paradise Thanks again Tivoli for a wonderful vacation See you soon

Ah the VIEW

Weve been to Siesta Key four times for vacation and this was or best condo yet Proximity to the Village restaurants and shops is close enough to walk and at the same time your close to the public beach and a few minutes walk to private beach The view from our rented fourth floor unit was great from both the master bedroom and living room Ill never wanna rent again without a view The unit was perfect
