Excellent would highly recommend

Lets be real the Red Tide is awfulhate it BUT we had a great condo at Tivoli 306 Everything we needed for family meals card games movie nights We loved the pool ping pong and foosball Convenient covered parking was awesome on those sunny and rainy daysWe had 3 perfectweather beach days and it was so convenient to grab a chair and walk right overThe village was a short few blocks away we walked most timesWell be back Thanks so much for your hospitality

We loved the condo the covered parking was a bonus We love the location to Sarasota and the village The ONLY negative was the path going to the beach needs attention we waded water to our ankles everyday please add some sand to your pathway so it will be even with the beach and stop flooding

Beautiful Peaceful Home away from Home

Just a lovely cozy unit Very peaceful with a beautiful view Access codes were easy to remember and the beach was a quick walk across the street The chairs floats and toys that were provided were such a Godsend and very thoughtful The pool was clean and quiet and my kids enjoyed the late night open hours We loved the onsite management office in case of an issue I always felt completely safe as well The unit interior is in great condition the master shower is a little small my husband had to use the other shower and the master bed was a little too hard for me but really no other issues Loved it and will return as soon as we can get away again thank you so much
