Welcome to The Colony, a custom-built vacation home with a breathtaking private backyard that features a spacious pool, hot tub, and a covered patio, great for entertaining and making memories with your friends and family! This home has four bedrooms and four and a half baths and is close to the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches for viewing legendary Anna Maria Island sunsets. Feel the vacation vibe instantly as you walk into the main living space. The kitchen is packed with cooking essentials and brand-new appliances to ensure a fabulous meal for you and your guests. There’s a large center island with high-top seating and a formal dining table that looks out to the main-level balcony and palm trees beyond. Chill out with your guests on the comfy sofas in the living room and pick a family favorite to watch.
After sun-filled days, catch up on some Zzz’s in the modern coastal-designed primary bedroom. This room has a private patio and a beautiful spa-like ensuite bathroom with a standalone tub and walk-in shower. The second and third guest bedrooms marry tropical and luxury ambiance with King beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Anna Maria Island Accommodations does not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We also do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Our stay here was beyond incredible. It’s a brand new home, everything was clean and ready for us when we checked in. The management company called us before arrival to make sure we were good and didn’t have any questions, which was so nice. They were great to work with. The pool and outdoor areas are AMAZING. We spent every moment possible in the sunshine, by the pool, in the hot tub, on the rooftop deck, or walking over to the nearby beaches. You can tell it was professionally decorated with bright and colorful coastal vibes throughout the house, looks like something out of a magazine but still homey. The main bedroom is huge and has an amazing standalone bathtub, I loved it! Our whole family loved this rental. Thanks for hosting us, we’ll be back next year!
