There are two separate buildings that make up The Blue Horizon. The main home is direct beachfront and has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 3 additional half bathrooms and two kitchens. The second, separate guest home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with two separate living areas and two separate kitchens. The pool is situated in the middle of both for outstanding privacy. There is a floor plan of both buildings by clicking the Virtual Tour located under the pictures.
The six bedroom home is direct Gulf front and is at ground level. The ground level features a living and dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with 2 half baths. The 2nd floor also features living, dining, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. There are large sliding glass doors that open up to the second level balcony which faces directly West overlooking the beautiful white sand beach and the "Blue Horizon" of water and sky. What an outstanding place to enjoy cocktails while having your own private sunset location!
The second building is an elevated building with sweeping 180 degree blue water views over top of the front ground level building. There are two separate living areas, one on each level, as well as two separate kitchen areas. It also has an elevator. The pool and hot tub sit in-between the two buildings with lots of deck space and a covered lanai. The entire property is surrounded with lush tropical landscaping, creating your own private resort destination for family and friends.

The outside area of The Blue Horizon is as fantastic as it can get! Sitting directly on the beach and facing West, you are only a few seconds walk directly down to the beach in front of the house. The second level of the 6 bedroom home features a large West facing balcony off the back- one of the finest places to enjoy the world famous Anna Maria sunsets in the privacy of your luxury home. The 3 bedroom guest home has elevated with 3rd level views of the Gulf of Mexico over top of the ground level, Gulf front 6 bedroom building.
There is a private heated pool with hot tub situated in between the two properties. The hot tub seats 12- party on! There are beach towels, chairs and toys available for your enjoyment. There is shuffleboard and plenty of deck space to sit and relax all around the compound.

We stayed at the Blue Horizons on Anna Maria Island. Wonderful place to stay with our kids and grandkids! They loved the walk out access to the beach, the beach volley ball and the places in the house to find a quiet space, the pool and watching the sunsets on the deck and checking out the stars on the crows nest. Blessed to be able to spend time here as a family!

This is the perfect property for a large family/group. Beachfront and a 2 buildings for some separation. We separated the young from the old. Lol. Great location for things to do. Awesome sunsets!! We can't wait to come back!

Lovely property on a very nice section of the beach with plenty of space to gather and plenty of space for privacy. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the water temperature was perfect. We had a few maintenance issues upon arrival, but all were taken care of the next day. Many thanks for a memorable week on Anna Maria Island.
Second Time Around

We were at the Blue Horizon two years ago and just returned to Houston after our second visit. Incredible once again. Plenty of space for everyone, got really lucky with the weather as it was spectacular all week, beach was perfect. Had family and friends from OKC, NYC, Pittsburgh, Miami, Tampa, Little Rock. Great time.
