The Bayfront is a waterfront home that has it all. This home has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There are also 2 full gourmet kitchens- one on the first level and one on the second level. There is a new screened-in porch on the second level overlooking the pool which has full direct views of the bay and the skyline of downtown Sarasota.
The main room on the 2nd level is quite large, and has vaulted ceilings, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open up to the screened porch for unbelievable views. There is an oversized dining table for large parties to gather for meals and watch the dolphins play. There also is a second smaller table next to the main dining table. A new 60" HD flat-screen TV and island-style furniture finish it off in style.
The ground level floor level also has a living area. There is another 60" HD flat-screen TV, laid-back tropical furniture, a Wii, and X-box game stations. There are sliding glass doors that open up to the covered lanai area next to the pool. The pool is heated and includes a spa. There are travertine marble floors throughout, along with all-new deluxe fixtures, marble countertops, and travertine in all bathrooms. There are crown moldings and ornate baseboards on both levels, and ceiling fans, and deluxe island-style furniture finish this home off perfectly.
This home is the perfect place for an extended family gathering or- two families to share for that special vacation. The unique floor plan offers the feel of two separate and distinct living areas, both with full kitchens. All bedrooms have HD flat-screen TVs and the home is equipped with wireless high-speed internet. The kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker for the coffee drinkers of your family!
Laundry: There are two washers and dryers on-site. This property also participates in our Professional Linen Program. This luxury amenity provides you with high-quality linens that are in place and ready for use upon your arrival, including luxury bedding, sheets, bath towels, bathmats, washcloths, and beach towels.
This home offers you the best of it all. You are only a 2-minute walk over to the beach and the glorious Gulf of Mexico sunsets as well as 2 minutes from famous Bridge Street which offers a variety of shops and unique restaurants. It is even just a few minute's walk to a great Gulf beach-front restaurant and bar that you can walk home from! This deep-water dock is perfect for large boats, even at low tide. The home is located near the Bradenton Beach Marina which is perfect for those boating friends that want to come to visit and dock here. Note, a maximum of 4 large vehicles or 5 smaller vehicles total for parking.

The outside of this home is a vacation paradise featuring a tropical style pool with spa. The covered lanai has high ceilings, 3 ceilings fans, plenty of porch furniture. Lush tropical landscaping encompasses the property and creates that special tropical environment. Another outstanding feature about this property is that it has a deep-water dock that can handle larger boats, even at low tide.

Our second year staying at this house and once again it did not disappoint. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view, but when you want to go out and explore it is a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. I am already ready to go back for year 3!

A great time

Our family group of 10 had a great time, whether swimming in the pool , sitting in the spa, playing "Cornhole" , playing board and video games at night or just enjoying the perfect weather, a cool day to start, then excellent the rest of the week. We enjoyed the location within an easy walk to the beach, 3 restaurants, a small shopping area and rentals for an extracurricular excursion for 4 of our brave younger folks of parasailing. All in all - a wonderful time was had by all; the new owners have made numerous improvements to the property- the only downside is that the weeks we wanted for next year were already booked. Guess the secret is out

Recharge

After a year since we last came to Bradenton Beach on vacation and the WHO announced the global pandemic. here we are one year later enjoying somewhat of a new normal. This place was a wonderful escape from all that’s been going on and helped us recharge for the future this house is our best experience yet. Amazing seaside wildlife. Sunrises and sunsets were fantastic
