This beautifully appointed condo is located directly across the street from Beach Access 11, and only a 15 minute walk to Siesta Key Village! This is an ideal location, where you can relax at the world famous beach by day, and then head off to the night life and shops of the village by foot, or by locally available shuttle rides. We provide a well equipped kitchen with all of the amenities/utensils you may need for your in-house cooking. We also have upgraded furniture and high end sleeping accommodations; including a fabulous sleeper sofa. Our condo is uniquely located in a very quiet spot in the complex, especially since we have no neighbors above our unit or on any side; making for very quiet and peaceful accommodations. Additionally, we have recently purchased an installed two new televisions, a large screen in the living room, and a 32" in the master bedroom. We have secure wireless internet, cable TV, and for your convenience we provide local phone service. One of our favorite accommodations is the gorgeous view from our indoor sunroom. You can enjoy breakfast and morning coffee while looking at the Gulf of Mexico, or play cards while enjoying the sunset in the evening. We are only steps from the white quartz sandy beach where you can hear the lapping of the gulf during an evening stroll. When we stay in our home we take advantage of locally delivered groceries and "tip only" taxi service on the key (information is posted on our welcome board in our home). We are confident you will enjoy your time in Siesta Key, and that this condo will exceed your expectations!

It was a great decision to go ahead and book The owners Joe and Jody as well as the location manager Linda were amazing They don39t rush you the place is kept super clean and plenty of towels sheets and linens Love to stay again and enjoy They were very understanding and worked with us to the review_date availability due to unforeseen medical issues Diamond in a dozen Thank you guys

Great family getaway

It doesnt get much better than this The condos are across the street from a public beach entrance at the quieter end of the beach and our unit came fully stocked with everything our family needed to enjoy the beach The unit was in good condition and the property staff was outstanding We walked into Siesta Village several times so it is definitely walkable The only thing the property needs is more washers and dryers I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it

Accommodations and furnishings were of high quality Everything that was needed for a comfortable and memorable stay was provided The beach was located across the street and spectacular The heart of the village was exactly a one mile walk approximately 15 minutes each way Just enough so as to remove a little of the guilt for the indulgent breakfasts and dinners Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for fine accommodations

This condo went over and beyond We have stayed in other Sunset Royale condos that have been beautiful redone but 318 was gorgeous and had some many extra needs met You can bet we will be back again I love the upreview_dated security lights for safety around the area Well maintained condos Thank you

2015 vacation

We had a great time The condo was is beatiful It had everything we needed The beach is just a short walk and there are chairs and beach items in the storage closet The shops in the village are deffintely worth visiting We also spent a half a day at the Big Cat Habitat We went because my adult daughter wanted to go but I really enjoyed it more than I expected I think what I liked the most the places we went the beachVillage in town none if it was extremely crowded Maybe because we went in August It is definitely a place I would recommend We are hoping to go back real soon

I am the one who makes the decision as to where to stay when we visit Siesta Key Having said this it always makes me nervous until I see the place in person This condo was everything I wanted it to be It was decorated very tastefully the colors were very calming and serene Ceiling fans in each room were absolutely marvelous It was nice to be have a view of the ocean The kitchen was fully equipped I found everything that I needed It was so wonderful to have all the beach chairs umbrellas coolers and toys available for our use This was promised in our contract but the equipment was top notch It was wonderful that the condo was supplied with paper towel toilet paper Kleenex and coffee filters The King bed was super comfortable however my girls thought their mattress was a little hard I recommended in my last review that I left in the condo that a topper on that one would be nice The location was excellent So close to the beach that we could take turns and go and have lunch and return to our spot My daughters loved shopping in the Siesta Key Village They called for the free ride and spent the good part of the afternoon there We felt comfortable and safe letting them go on their own I would definitely stay here again We loved it
