The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom (tub and shower) across the hall. The sunroom is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or the spectacular sunsets. The condo provides linens and towels, a private secured WIFI and a private beach locker equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Sunset Royale is a wonderful place to stay while vacationing in Siesta Key Clare is an exceptional manager and is quick to respond to any questions or need The units are well maintained and sparkling clean The units provide gorgeous views of the ocean right from your room and allow access to the beach via a very short walk My family has vacationed here for the last 2 years and we will always choose Sunset Royale as our home away from home during our stay

Nice condo in a great location

Unit 314 is comfortable and decorated nicely The view is spectacular The public beach is directly across the street This includes daily early morning cleaning and grooming of the beach This makes for a BEAUTIFUL beach Clare the property manager was very responsive and a delight to work with The owners of this unit were very accommodating and made sure we were happy with our stay We hope to be back next year Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Royale in Siesta Key The unit we stayed in was immaculately maintained The cleanliness of a unit is extremely important to us and we were quite pleased The unit had nice comfortable furniture and fully stocked with all cooking needs The view from the picture window is beautiful We look forward to staying here again

We had a wonderful time in the condo The furniture was upreview_dated and comfortable The kitchen was fully stocked The view from the condo was absolutely amazing and only a short walk across the road to get to the beach The neighbors were quiet and respectful Parking was easy and we enjoyed it being covered The laundry facility was definitely sufficient We only wish that the condo came with a pool but the wonderful beach made it worth while
