This will be out 15 yr stqying at 300 Wouldnt stay any other place Claire is a first class manager of the condos and worked with us through out this whole covid thing so we did not miss out on our Florida vacation Th owners of the condo where more than kind in letting us cancel our Dec trip and rebook Just what we needed since this past year Our Happy place also the condo was spotless and Val made sure we had everything

Beautiful place to vacation

June 2020 was our first vacation in Siesta Key We stayed in Unit 300 at Sunset Royale The condo was beautiful and offered our family of 4 plenty of space for a week at the beach The view of the ocean was a bonus as we ate in the front room Clare and Val were very helpful and provided a well managed establishment for guests This will be our vacation spot from now on We are looking forward to next year and plan to stay longer

Had a wonderful stay here The location was perfect beach across the street and the view of the ocean from the condo was really beautiful The neighborhoods behind us were quiet and perfect for taking the kids for a stroll Everything was great We loved the flip flop basket and towel hooks at the front door to keep things more organized and tidy We also benefited from the ownerrsquos beach chairs and toys Really everything was wonderful and we would come back in a heartbeat

I have stayed at this facility multiple times and it has always been a nice pleasant stay and close to beach The current on site manager Clare is very pleasant helpful and a great liaison She cares a great deal to make visitors stays enjoyable The price is well suited for the accommodations

This condo is absolutely fabulous It has great views across the beach and Gulf of Mexico It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable There is a range of beach towels and chairs for use on the beach The smart TV was a bonus allowing access to Netflix etc The office manager Clare is excellent and very approachable and will go out of her way to make your vacation a special one

We found Unit 300 to be above what we usually expect unit was loaded with couches and tables allowing plenty of room for our occupants to spread out and not feel cramped The unit is upreview_dated with crisp white couch and denim Lshaped couches Both mattresses were firm and comfortable Plenty of high grade towels and beach closet was very well equipped even an umbrella Kitchen is nicely upgraded and had quite the assortment of dishes glasses and cookware Great unit

This was our 2nd year staying at Sunset Royale We love it here The condos are clean very well equipped and the location is great We arrived early and was able to get into our room 3 hrs early which was great The staff is very friendly and easy to work with Have already made our reservations for 2017
