Another fantastic week

Sunset Royale is by far the best condo complex on Siesta Key Location first and foremost but the units for rental are fantastic Covered parking secure gate access and 24 hour emergency line in case of an issue I also can39t say enough about the management of the facility Clare was tremendous in exceeding our needs and assistance with our accommodations She handled an issue for us with the utmost of customer service and accommodation We were very pleased with how things were handled All in all we had another spectacular week at Sunset Royale and can39t wait to return to the same unit or maybe another one because we know we will be extremely pleased and have a great time Thanks again Clare for everything

Great location and rental

This is our second time at this exact rental unit We found it very familiar just this time upgraded Everything was great almost feeling as at our second home The bedrooms were very well equipped with blankets pillows and ample storage The living room provided all the amenities and then some to spend evenings together The kitchen provided all the necessary utensils for cooking The unit overall was very well prepared to accept guests Will definitely consider it again when we will live long enough till next summer or the year after God bless

The complex is ideally located at just north of the last lifeguard station on the beach a protected pedestrian walk across Beach Road to get to the water and within range of Siesta Village It is beautifully maintained Our unit is outstanding with recent upreview_dates and a view of the gulf that never gets old We39ve been coming to the same place for six years and plan to continue to do so A great rental

Best vacation ever

Amazing location Easy access to beach and that part of the beach was not overcrowded like the part to the left Stunning place and I loved that we could store our sandy beach items in a locked storage area This kept things in the condo less sandy Service was great and everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating We have already booked a two week vacation next year at this location and in the same condo stayed in 206 Our condo was recently renovated and looked stunning with an amazing beach view Highly recommend this place Weve stayed at many other condos in siesta key and this one is the best

This is a great property in an outstanding location The north third of Siesta Beach is less crowded but still wonderful Sunset Royale is across the road from a public access area with a protected crossing at the northern end of the complex The unit itself is beautifully and completely furnished with a view of the gulf We are booked for our third straight year in this unit for 2017

We spent 11 nights in this condo and couldnt have been more pleased It has all the modern conveniences of home and well as the feel of being on vacation The view from the front picture windows are worth every penny Each room has its own upscale ceiling fan will wall controls recessed lighting in the main living area stainless steel kitchen appliances and all the extras you would have at home toasters coffee maker blender pots pans utensilsand a dishwasher as well The laundry facility is directly across from the unit but never once did we hear noise because of it The master bathroom with the double vanity was wonderful as well as the glass shower stall The beds were also very comfortable queens and the decor just set everything off to promote a first class experience Also each room has its own flat screen HD TV and all the major cablesatellite channels When heading to the beach chairs umbrellas and beach accessories including a medium size cooler were there to use This was our third time at the Sunset Royale facility and first time with this owners unit and again it did not disappoint It is the premiere condo facility on Beach Road in Siesta Key There is nowhere else we we ever stay when we come down This owner takes extreme pride in making sure everything is exactly as promised The communication between myself and the owner was fantastic Every time I had a question she was always prompt with an answer and and always followed up to make sure things were taken care of We cant say thanks enough for the service and allowing our third time to Siesta Key as exciting and fun as the first It is also noteworthy that the people at the Tropical Sands office in town were fantastic They had everything ready for us upon our arrival and a system in place for everything when their offices were closed The transactions between us and Tropical Sands were seamless As a side note for those wanting to do something different for a day go rent a boat from Siesta Key Marina We spent the day on the Intercoastal Waterway in a 17 ft power boat and had a blast For a power boat rental you couldnt beat the price anywhere and the service was fantastic WE WILL RETURN to Siesta Key It has become our vacation home away from home

We loved staying at 206 It was beautifully decorated and we felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as we walked in We absolutely loved the lanai It was perfect to eat breakfast and view the beach The fact that the unit had a storage filled with beach supplies really made our stay even better We hated to leave and hopefully we can be back some day
