Most importantly was the view from the sunroom and the short walk to the beach Beautiful sunrise every morning with coffee and sunset with wine at night The manager is very responsive and a nice person It has all the basic appliances We took a 2 mile walk on the beach every morning And the TROLLY stopped fight in front and covers end to end of Siesta Key Drops you off right in front of the grocery store I highly recommend The Cracked Egg for breakfast The elevator was nice as my sister and I are both in our 70s The laundry room was nearby Bring quarters for the washerdryers Excellent for the price which was very reasonable

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay and the location is outstanding Staying directly across the street from the beach was ideal We had a great view of the beach while eating on the lanai for each meal we ate in the condo There were only a couple of things we didnt care for hearing the foot steps from above and a limit of one roll of really flimsy toilet paper Everything else was great and we plan to return We have already recommended this condo to some friends and family

A Perfect accommodation for us

Our second time to these condos rented for 2 weeks in February 2016 The location conveniences and amenities all made it a perfect stay in Siesta Key We enjoy preparing our own meals making our stay makes us feel at home The front indoor sitting room overlooking the beach and Gulf are picture perfect and the outdoor grounds ideal Loved having the bbq and many beach accessible points Thanks again

The condo was very nice Great location to the beach and downtown The condo was a nice size We had four two adults and two adult children Plenty of room to spread out Wifi worked great I would definitely stay at Sunset Royale again and even the same unit

We loved our visit to Siesta Key Our Sunset Royale condo was clean beautifully decorated and across the street from beautiful Siesta Key Beach We sat on a porch couch and were able to watch the sunset every night I would definitely rent this condo again
