The guest bedroom and bath create privacy for visitors and feature a queen bed and 32-inch TV. Private secured WIFI. A private beach locker has all your beach needs, including chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon.
Just steps away from the world-class white sand of Siesta Key Beach and a short walk from Siesta Key Village.

Sunset Royale exceeded our expectations The manager Clare was a delight to work with from reservations through departure The location is ideal right across the street from Siesta Beach and within walking distance of Siesta Village The property has two Weber gas grills which were a plus for cooking out The grounds are wellcared for Our unit had everything we needed The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable The owner provides beach chairs and water toys which is a plus The unit was well maintained The only downside was the kitchen which was quite old and worn

Another great vacation at Sunset Royale

We stayed at Unit 100 for 4 weeks from the second week of December to the first week of January Clare was really helpful in setting up the rental and went out of her way to facilitate our bringing our motorcycle along for sunny day trips in the area We had stayed in this unit a few years ago so knew what to expect Having a ground floor patio is really nice and it is a very short walk to the beach The unit is well equipped although it probably could do with a little upreview_date to the ensuite bathroom and the kitchen given that these have changed very little since our previous stay However overall we were very happy with it We were also very happy with the condo building in general as it is very well kept

I would highly recommend Sunset Royale It was clean safe and was ideally located near the beach and the village I loved the storage unit which provided access to beach chairs sand toys surf boards etc Parking was easy and the front office was very helpful for business needs
