Welcome to the Sunset Penthouse, a recently remodeled luxury gulf-front condo with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms featuring incredible views of the crystal-clear Gulf waters and white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island! The Bradenton Beach Club is a tropically landscaped complex that runs Beach to Bay, providing beach access and a bayside boardwalk. Take in the beauty of the Bay from the covered pavilion, cast a line from the fishing dock, and launch your kayaks. It offers two community pools and hot tubs, one on the Gulf and the other on the bayside.
With its luxury furnishings and high ceilings, this grand condo will make you feel right at home. The main living area has an open concept with a seating area with a beautiful grey sectional and TV. The kitchen is a dream come true with stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge and freezer, two dishwashers, a large wine refrigerator, two refrigerated beverage drawers, an independent ice maker, an electric cooktop, and a wall oven and microwave combination. Enjoy delicious meals at the elegant chic table with seating for eight, at the kitchen island, or open the glass doors onto the 25-foot screened lanai with direct Gulf of Mexico views; fabulous for dining al fresco and watching the sunset each evening.
All bedrooms are spacious, and each has a TV offering HULU streaming; there is even a Sonos audio system throughout the entire condo! The primary bedroom boasts spectacular Gulf views, luxury linens, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two queen bedrooms have gorgeous coastal d cor and share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and easy access to the hallway half bath. There is a second living area with a vibrant sectional, TV, a dedicated workspace, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

We were there celebrating my parents 50th anniversary and the condo and location were a good fit. We liked the location right on the beach and appreciated the free island trolley bus stop right out front. There were a few issues that were promptly taken care of by the property management and communication with them was excellent.

Absolutely Perfect

This condo was perfect. 6 adults and 3 small children. The view is amazing, has to be one of the best on the island. Beautiful, well equipped kitchen. So much room to spread out, this place is perfect for a family that needs extra room. Separate areas with TVs for those who want to watch different things but seriously the beach and pool are so close and nice there isn't much time for TV! Very close to restaurants and beach bars. You couldn't find a better spot for watching the sunset. We even saw a few dolphins from our balcony and several times on the beach. It was a dream come true for our family. Absolutely no complaints. The rental company was so responsive and attentive.

Absolutely the perfect luxury beach penthouse!

It cost's a little more, BUT take the extra expense! We had the time of our lives, we have been vacationing Anna Maria Island since 1988 , and this Condo was perfect for all the birthdays this week we stayed (two 60's .. a 40 , and 34). I love Bradenton Beach Club as a property!
Feb & Mar ‘22 - Sunset Penthouse

Our second winter season staying in Sunset Penthouse, our 4th season having stayed in two other 3BR in the same building. We love the extra space & amenities this condo offers for our extended stay. The new additions made this past year by the owners was noticeable & appreciated. We will be back in 2023!
Definitely the Penthouse!

We had an excellent experience with the property. The views and accommodations are as described. Spent days on the beach out back. Loved the private elevator to the private garage. Make groceries so easy! And where to put groceries? Wow! Double higher fridges, Wine cooler, double freezer drawers, and on and on. The unit must be built like a tank as well - on of our nights was spent during Tropical Storm Elsa and unless you went outside, you wouldn't have even known a storm was going on. Porch fantastic for sitting and listening to the Ocean. The only small item we had during our visit was getting the HVAC unit to keep up. The thermostat was never set below 72 and during the day it would lose ground to the temp. We turned off a few times to give the unit time to rest. We also called service to come check it out. The AMV team was very prompt in this and getting someone out. Once the Sun went down, no problem, everything cooled off appropriately for sleeping. Maybe the unit just needs a shot of freon, but overall, no big deal. One of our travelers, Papa said he was quite comfortable throughout. Of course, he wears a light sweater in the Summers! We mentioned this again to AMV on the way out.

We will definitely have the a/c looked at to make sure that it is functioning as intended. It is difficult at times for any a/c to keep up with the heat/humidity of a Florida summer. We’re super glad that Papa was comfortable though! We hope that we will be able to welcome you back as our valued guests on your next visit to Anna Maria Island!
New York Meets the Beach

We loved the view and the screened in porch. The condo was well equipped. The master suite is huge with a separate entrance, office with a futon and another single bedroom. The master bathroom/closet was very nice and the shower was a dream. There were six of us and we had plenty of room The only downside was the sofa was broken, therefore, hard to sit on and it would have been nice to have ceilings fans. The rental company gave us keys and a garage remote that did not work on anything. So it was a wasted trip to the rental office to pick up and drop off. The garage is huge and held two suvs with no problem. We would definitely rent again.
