This magnificent five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath house features one of the best rooftop decks on Anna Maria Island, furnished with deluxe seating and breathtaking beach views across two levels! Plus, with beach access only three houses down and Pine Avenue just up the street, you'll have endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
We've designed the living area with warm and vibrant colors to create a beach-like atmosphere. The large balcony offers stunning views of the Gulf, which fills the living space with natural light. Whether you're in the mood for a cozy movie night on our comfortable sofas or a fun game night at one of our two dining tables, we have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential cookware and appliances to whip up delicious meals and barstool seating.
A great night's sleep awaits you in the primary bedroom. The room has high-end furniture, balcony access, and a stunning ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a spacious double vanity. The other two bedrooms on the third floor have a nautical theme, dressers, and share a hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, and the fifth room is especially ideal for kids with its playful bunk bed. For added convenience, there is a daybed in the den, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use.

You'll be blown away by the sparkling pool with a sunshelf and in-ground spa, surrounded by gorgeous palm trees. The patio has sun loungers and an outdoor dining table perfect for enjoying a delicious meal cooked on the barbecue grill. In the garage is a dedicated game room with a Ping Pong and Foosball table. In addition to the games, there are beach chairs and wagons. We can't wait for you to experience the vacation you deserve!

6 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. This property requires a 7 night stay as set forth by Holmes Beach s Land Development Code. Occupancy may not exceed 10.

Terrific Location

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool and the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was great having so many bathrooms. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Could have used plastic cups for the kids, a baking sheet, plastic storage containers. There wasn’t even a broom in the house, so we had to call for one. Owner responded right away. The spa did not work. The pool gets dirty from a nearby pine tree, which is not a big deal, but it would have been very helpful to have a long handled pool brush to clean it.
Mary, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay at Sunset Paradise. I'm glad that our team was responsive when you requested the broom and wish you would have mentioned the kitchen items as we would have been happy to provide baking sheets, etc as well. Our spas are not "hot tubs" and we explain in the description that they do not reach the 100+ degree temperatures of a traditional hot tub. We have checked the spa and the jets are working correctly, so I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding regarding the nature of the spa. This home has the pool serviced twice per week and we do provide a skimmer for use in between cleanings should it be desired/needed. We are happy that you enjoyed the location and hope to be able to welcome you back on your next visit to AMI.

A Dream - Perfect Family Vacation Destination

We've stayed at Sunset Paradise twice so far, and it is already a legend in our family. My youngest niece (now 5) and my father in law (nearly 80) and everyone in between had just the best time here. Loved the pool, the location, the beach, the layout, the comfy beds and couches, and everything. Can't wait to return!!!
