4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

All around perfection! Perfect location, size, and amenities. Close to the beach and St. Armands Circle. Everything you could need for beach gear. Great communication from LKV. The welcome kit was packed with necessities until we got settled! We loved our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Exceptional rental with a great locations!

We highly recommend Lido Key Vacations & The Canopy home on Lido Key. Our family spent 2 weeks in this home and would have extended our stay another week if Tropical Storm ETA was not on its way. The home was upreview_dated, clean and extremely comfortable. The home was just a short walk to the beach and public pool and the home came with plenty of beach towels, a wagon, a cooler and 4 beach chairs.
Our thanks to our property manager (Trevor) and the LKV staff. Trevor was extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We also had a minor issue with a light and LKV had someone at the home within 5 minutes. Super impressed!!
We will definitely be back for another stay!!!
