Welcome to Southern Charm! This four-bedroom, three-bathroom getaway boasts a fantastic backyard with a screened-in lanai, a spacious pool, and a patio complete with plush chairs, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill - perfect for entertaining and creating cherished memories.

Designed for the ultimate friends and family retreat, Southern Charm offers two living rooms with hardwood floors and plenty of seating options, allowing guests to comfortably enjoy conversations or movie nights. The kitchen will inspire the group's chef with its traditional southern décor, stainless steel appliances, and coffee table. Enjoy a meal of family favorites at the formal dining room table that can seat six guests.

After days exploring the beach and nearby fun, get a great night's sleep in the primary bedroom featuring a King bed, stunning wood furnishings, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There is also gorgeous wood flooring in each bedroom to enhance the Southern feel, and the three guest bedrooms are outfitted with Queen beds. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combination, and the third bathroom has a walk-in shower and convenient access from the backyard.

2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
