Take the stairs up to your private side of the duplex and immediately feel the vacation vibes as you walk in. There is a beautiful nautical seating area with two sofas, side chairs, and a large TV. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, counter seating, basic cookware, adjacent is the formal dining table set for eight guests. If you can’t get enough of the Florida weather, head out to the balcony and take advantage of the grill provided and the outdoor table.
The primary bedroom has beautiful coastal décor, a TV, and access to the screened-in lanai that has cute outdoor seating. In the primary ensuite bathroom, you will find a double vanity, a walk-in shower with unique tile, and a spacious walk-in closet. Similar to the primary, the second bedroom has a comfy bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom has a TV, closet space and access to the hall bath with a shower and tub combination. On your way to the rooftop deck is a den with a daybed.

Beautiful property in awesome location

The property was just as it appeared on the website. Very spacious, nicely decorated with lots of room. The location was just across the street from the ocean access and the beach was gorgeous. Beautiful white sugar sand and gentle waves. We used the beach wagon, boogie boards, chairs, and beach toys. They have several coolers for use as well. We had six people so we all had our own bedroom and full bath. There is a trundle bed on the upper level that we did not use but could easily fit another 2 people. Pool is a nice size - bigger than I expected and was great for cooling off after being at the beach most of the day. Before we left we took a look at Unit B which shares the pool and game room. It's smaller but would be a great addition if you have a large group. Could easily sleep another 6 (or 8 if you have children). Andrew was great to work with and gave us great suggestions on local food and attractions. The guys went on a trip with Reel Fishing and caught numerous big fish. The trolley makes it easy to get around - you really don't need a vehicle if you can Uber from the airport. They are not allowed to supply any foodstuffs because of the risk of tampering. I'd recommend you bring some coffee, & sugar and cream packets to get you thru the first morning.

Great Family Trip

The place is stunning and in a nice location. I am a local so I was able to bring some food from home but we also ate a local restaurants and the grocery store is only 10-12 minutes away. The beds were comfortable. There is an elevator which was helpful. My mother is a recent amputee and is in a wheelchair. I thought a brief beach stay would lift her spirits. We were able to grill and have a peaceful view of the ocean. the beach is right across the street and my daughter went for a walk every day. I really enjoyed my stay.

Siesta Sun is a great property. The house had plenty of space for our group of six adults and could have slept 2-4 more people with the little den upstairs and the pull out sofa. Two of the bedrooms face the street and the gulf, share a balcony/porch, and are a nice size. The third bedroom is small and could use a bedside lamp, but otherwise it was fine. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms, which was nice. The living spaces are large and the house is nicely decorated. Having a garage and an elevator were nice additions and made moving into and out of the house a lot easier. It was nice having a code pad for the house and garage so that we didn't have to worry about everyone having keys when we were coming and going at different times. The path to the beach was just across the street and the walk wasn't bad. You can see the gulf from the rooftop deck and can also see glimpses of it from the living room and upstairs screened in porches. The pool area, shared with the other half of the duplex, was also nice and there are two outside grills. There are lots of good places to eat in the nearby Village, along with a small grocery store, and there's a Publix about 10-15 minutes away. We booked a sunset boat ride from the local marina on our last night there, with a stop at Shell Island, and that was a great way to end our week. I would return to this property without hesitation!
