Each room is furnished with dressers and televisions, and has either an ensuite bathroom or easy access to a hall bath. Additionally, we have provided a washer and dryer for your convenience. On the fourth floor, you'll find an excellent hang-out spot with video games and a large sofa that can be easily converted into a sleeper sofa. There's also a sleeper sofa in the main living room.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! We had a group of 17 adults and everyone had enough space - 2 people to a room/bathroom. When we arrived, the property was clean and had enough amenities to last us the first couple days. The pool was the perfect size for us all to relax and lounge and it felt very private. The location could not have been better, we were within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, grocery store and liquor store. Also, the beach was a 5 minute walk. The team was extreme responsive and anytime I had a question I just sent a text and got a quick answer. Everyone said they would go back and stay at the same property. The pictures we saw when we booked didn't do this place justice! (and they were beautiful pictures!) We will definitely be back.

This rental was fantastic! We were celebrating my wife's 70th birthday and we had a total of 18 people, ranging ages, 3 - 70. This house/rental filled the bill for everyone. It was a wonderful way for everyone to meet and enjoy being together, as the kids, grand kids, great grandchildren had a blast. The pool was perfect for everyone.
The downtown was a 5 minute walk with all kinds of food venues, and the beach was an 8-10 minute walk. It was truly a fantastic location.
I would highly recommend this house/location to anyone.

Christmas Getaway

Amazing Property

We had such a great time at this beautiful and well-appointed property. The location was steps from Siesta Key Village and a short walk to the beach. The house was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and towels which made staying with a large group very easy. The entire house was decorated beautifully. We’ll be back!

We had our extended family for the - a total of 23 and had a great time. We had plenty of room for everyone. The house was right across the street from Morton's Market and just a block or so from all the restaurants and shops. The wagon and chairs were great to have at the beach. Overall, we had a great vacation!!

The perfect house for a big family gathering. You can’t beat the location. Everything you could need was in walking distance. Tons of restaurants and the grocery store was right across the street!
Every room had its own bathroom so it felt like we were each in our own hotel room. The only thing we weren’t a fan of was the doors that closed off the stairwell to get onto each floor. It made it hard for the little kids to get up and down because the doors were heavy.
Other then that, it was fine and we would definitely rent again.
