As you arrive at this state-of-the-art, guest-focused home, you are encouraged to plug your electric vehicle into the convenient Tesla charger in the private garage. The modern upstairs living area boasts an inviting seating area with two leather couches, side chairs, and a TV. This beautiful space is naturally brightened by the sliding doors leading to the balcony and offering a canal view. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and countertop island seating for guests to enjoy a cocktail while dinner simmers on the stove. There is also the opportunity to enjoy a formal meal with your group at the dining room table, which can seat six guests.
Take the stairs up to the third floor, where the home's three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The primary bedroom exudes upscale coastal elegance and has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a private balcony where night owls can sit and delight in the breeze. You'll find plush white bedding and premium mattresses in the comfortable guest bedrooms. The second bedroom has balcony access, and the third features a fun bunk bed! These two rooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Downstairs you’ll find an additional half bath and laundry room for guest use.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
There are No pets allowed in this home.
