Wow! This house is incredible! My husband and I and our four adult kids with their significant others traveled from across the US to meet at this home for a one week vacation. It was our first time to Siesta Key and we certainly chose the perfect place to be! The luxury home is just that...it has six generously sized bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms and tvs plus two additional bathrooms in the house. It has two living rooms, a large open space kitchen, a private pool with slide and hot tub, a ping pong table, poker table, and two washers and dryers. They also had beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a wagon for our use. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen and another in the garage. The home has an elevator! It\'s a 1 minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to the town where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. We only needed to Uber to and from the airport and once to a Super Walmart in Sarasota for a big grocery list. There are food markets within walking distance but we needed a lot for 10 of us. This home was beyond perfect. We'd love to do this again and again!!!

Beautiful new rental, the management company was superb. Very responsive and proactive with calling us before our arrival to ensure our check in went smoothly. The home is spacious and clean, furnishings new, beds comfortable, kitchen well outfitted for cooking a meal for 12 (we are a multi-family group traveling with kids). The real superstar here is the private pool with waterslide. Between the pool and nearby Siesta Key beach - literally a 3 minute walk from this house - we spent 99% of our visit outside in the warm sunshine which is exactly what we wanted. We'll definitely rebook this rental for next time we visit the area.
