Welcome to SeaLuxe, an exquisite vacation home with a private pool, hot tub, and stunning outdoor game area and patio two blocks from Palmetto Ave Beach! This Anna Maria rental has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The open living space has abundant natural lighting and tropical views, with a large tv for movie nights and plenty of seating. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has ample counter space and a large pantry behind the sliding barn door to ensure you have room to store your grocery necessities. Share homemade meals at the formal dining area or outdoor table under the covered patio. Practice making island-inspired mixed drinks at the bar.
The primary bedroom boasts a luxury feel with direct access to the second-floor balcony and a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a stand-alone tub. The second, third, and four bedrooms will put a smile on your guest's faces with ample room for vacation necessities, natural lighting, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the third floor are a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa, and a half-bath bathroom to ensure guests stay comfortable.

Just off the pool area is another living room with an inviting couch for relaxing after a long day of vacation activities.
Take a quick stroll to the locally owned boutiques, restaurants, and powdery white sands at the Gulf of Mexico beaches! Check out Island icons like Ginny's & Jane E's, The Sandbar, and the newest island additions just around the corner.

There are no pets allowed in this home.
*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Amazing home!!

Wow! What a beautiful well appointed and decorated home. I cannot say enough great things about this home and the location. The walk to the beach was short and easy. From the time of booking to check out Anna Maria Accommodations was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this rental.

I am currently staying with Anna Maria Accommodations. The property is absolutely gorgeous amd AMI is beautiful! We have used many vacation management companies in the past and I must say the folks at Anna Maria Accommodations are one of the best if not the best company we have ever used. They are so incredibly responsive during your stay and do everything to ensure you have the best rental experience.Thank you to the staff, you truly are amazing! We thank you and this stay has been amazing thanks to you! We definitely know who we will be coming to for our next visit!
Great House

This house was perfect for our entire family from grandparents to babies. The house had everything we needed and just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was complete with a hot tub and there were games for the kids. We will definitely visit again. I do have 2 suggestions, more towels for the beach and pool would be nice. Also, there is a problem with flying gnats/flies in the downstairs area by the pool. You might consider having it sprayed by a professional bug company.
