On the first level, you will have 3 bedrooms / 2 baths, a living and dining area, a full-sized washer/dryer, and a covered balcony in the back. On the second level you will enjoy the remolded kitchen, living/dining area, and covered balcony with a view of the Beach and Inter-coastal; Sunrise in the morning and sunsets late in the day! The Master and guest bedrooms have large-screen televisions, 2 baths, and a covered balcony with hanging swings for viewing Sunsets or relaxing with your favorite book. Rising Tide is located in the heart of Bradenton Beach a short stroll or free trolley ride to Historic Bridge Street for shopping, dining, and nightlife.

AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
