This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, washer and dryer and balconies off of both the living room and dining room. Linens and towels are also provided. The facilities include a heated pool, tennis courts and a covered pavilion with grilling area.

Loved staying in this unit This is our third year back in the west building This unit had a beautiful view Kitchen was well stocked living room chairs were comfortable couch was not Loved the pool and access to the beach Lots of beach and pool accessories My only suggestion is to do something about the very firm King mattress My husband and I switched to the room with the twins because the bed was so firm

Walls of windows with views of the main beach and views extending all the way to Sarasota Nice tile flooring Small but modern and well equipped Pullman style kitchen Living room furniture is modern and comfortable Main bedroom is nicely furnished and includes a comfortable king size bed with nice linens and a large window with views toward Sarasota Two full bathrooms appear to be recently remodeled main bath has a tubshower and 2nd bath has a very nice large tile shower 2nd bedroom is also large and furnished with 2 twin beds which we didnt use Unit includes beach chairs etc The only negative is that the entire building is served by just one elevator its slow and takes a while to get up to the 7th floor We typically used the stairway to get down and the elevator on the way up Property is located directly across from Main beach about a mile from the Village We rented bikes for the week and rode them all the time to and from the many restaurants and shops in the Village We would definately rent this unit again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Our House We liked the location and both condos we stayed in They were clean and plenty of room The pool and other amenities were top notch The tower elevator was slooow but a minor distraction Amber was helpful informative a joy to work with Wersquove already reserved for next year and would have liked another week but it was unavailable so that speaks to our satisfaction We would recommend your condos highly Kerry and Carol Brown

My family really enjoyed our stay at Our Place at the Beach 702W The condo had everything we needed The kids loved the beach and pool toys provided The view from the balcony is fantastic and where we spent our mornings and evenings It is a great location right across from the beach and within walking distance to the village The Sunday evening drum circle is also right across the road and a mustsee I would definitely recommend this condo and plan to come back to stay myself

I enjoyed taking my coffee and breakfast on the 7th floor balcony each morning watching the beach birds and neighborhood activities The accommodations were worth every penny
