Th This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. Beautiful large balconies off of both the living room and dining room. Linens and beach towels including beach chairs are provided. The facilities include a heated pool, tennis courts and a covered pavilion with grilling area. Free secured wifi inside the condo and at the pool.

Great Week

We have stayed at OHAB several times in several different units Each unit has its own character and each has been quite nice The location is terrific right across the street from the beach The rental process is seamless and check in was easy We plan to return again in the spring We highly recommend this place

Great View

This condo on the 6th floor has amazing views of the crystal sands and blue waters of Siesta Beach Location is right across the street from the beach and short drive or walk to the village Bedrooms and living areas were tastefully decorated Bathrooms could use a little updating We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit but the dryers do not vent to the outside Instead a vent is internal creating a lot of heat and humidity to flow throughout the condo We kept the bedroom and bathroom doors shut to prevent these rooms from getting warm Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for the lunches and dinners we cooked in Pool is behind the other tower we would have liked to have had it closer to our unit but wasnrsquot a huge issue Management was very responsive Overall we recommend this condo and would stay here again

We loved this unit It was nicely decorated and well equipped with most everything We would love to know if any of these units go up for sale We are hoping to buy in the next couple of years We would like to use it as a VRBO for a few years then eventually move to that area in our retirement which is about 8 years away for us Thank you so much

Lovely condo Everything was fresh and many unexpected items were provided Teresa and office staff went above and beyond helping us with receiving and printing emails providing storage for paddleboards and getting cable hooked up in 2nd bedroom

This was first time at this unit upgraded very nice but bathrooms definitely need updating The view wonderful Glad to see the lobby has been redone much needed we have been Coming to our house at the Beach for 18 years so glad to see improvements Teresa is wonderful always available for any request great Thx

Fantastic view

This place is closer to the beach then it appears in pictures When not at the beach it was bright and wonderful We enjoyed coffee or wine on the balconies when not on the go The hallways39 and elevator could use some updating but the condo was nice We appreciated that there was a vacuum and cleaning supplies to help keep the sand at bay Would recommend

I love Our House at the Beach

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed at Our House at The beach The accommodations are wonderful the price is unbeatable in the area and the view is breath taking We visit as a family for 4th of July and are never disappointed with the level of service This is the first year that we visited under the new rental manager and I have to say that the changes that she has made are a great improvement From the email before we arrived to give us ideas on the things to do in the area to having a binder in the condo that advised us of the local events wifi log in and phone numbers of importance Condo W602 is the best one that we have stayed at so far and will probably try to get it again next year Thanks
