This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, washer and dryer and balconies off of both the living room and dining room. Linens and towels are also provided. The facilities include a heated pool, tennis courts and a covered pavilion with grilling area.

Convenient Location Great property

Our family had never been to Siesta Key so we really had no idea what to expect We found it to be a great destination The 7th floor corner unit was wonderful The two balconies were enjoyed by all We had everything we needed in the condo and it was beautifully decorated The open concept was nice The bathrooms are not the most upreview_dated but they are functional and adequate It was nice to have washer and dryer so we didn39t have to pack a lot The grill at the pool was nice so that we could enjoy grilling and eating by the pool a few times during the week We would definitely return to this unit if we return to Siesta Key Thanks

Comfortable with great location

This 7th floor has floor to ceiling windows two balconies and plenty of light The furniture and beds are very comfortable There are plenty of sheets and towels The WiFi is strong and reliable The kitchen is designed for cooking but could use some new pots and panswe perhaps did more cooking than most guests The beautiful beach is just across the road and Siesta Key Village is a 20 minute walk2 minute drive away We will definitely come back next year

Accommodations couldnt have been better The condo was very clean and had everything we needed just like home We were very comfortable for our entire stay Pleasant surprises like I forgot a book to read and had just complained about it on my flight in the master bedroom was a collection of books Stayed with my husband and two teen daughters and we all felt right at home

We really enjoyed our stay at Our House at the Beach Teresa and Tony do a fantastic job in managing everything and keeping all in good shape Our condo on the 7th floor was terrific and we enjoyed the views It was super nice being right across the street from Siesta Beach

Wonderful location and wonderful stay

I would highly recommend a stay at Our House at the Beach The communication with Theresa was fantastic as was the service provided The unit was clean and access to the beach was perfectright across the street The main village was a mile away and there were always complementary rides available or just a nice walk Beach was clean and beautiful We look forward to our next booking with Our House at the Beach

We have rented Unit 703E for several years and love itthe view is great the unit is great Teresa is a breath of fresh air and does an excellent job My sisterinlaw loved it so much she has rented 604E next year for 2 weeks
