First floor townhouse, few steps inside and outside, no elevator.
Lake house offers a generous bi-level layout that includes separate dining and living rooms spaces. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, flatware, and has full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer for your convenience. Off the large living room there is a balcony overlooking the grounds. The master bedroom suite also opens onto a balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with closets and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. Lake House offers central A/C, ample closets and storage space, high-speed Internet, cable TV in the living room and each bedroom, and garage parking for one car. The development includes a private pool, covered pavilion area with a BBQ, a picnic area and tennis courts. This Lake House unit is right across the street from Siesta Key public beach, making a splash in the ocean or just a walk on the sugar sand beach a just a few steps away.

Unit was tastefully decorated clean and well stocked with linens and extra beach towels Would request trash bags be easier to obtain Rather not purchase an entire container of them for such a short stay Turtle food was such a bonus my kids were so excited

Great Family Vaca

Our family39s 1st visit to Siesta Key was awesome Our House on the Beach unit C112 was great We had the feeling of home in C112 right on the beach The unit was exactly as described in pics and description The unit was extremely spacious my 16yo has his own space the kitchen had all the utensils appliances needed for comfortable week39s stay The sofa and beds were comfy and overall we enjoyed our stay The pool was exactly as pictured a bit smaller than I thought but it was fine The beach just across the street was the absolute best mild waters soft sand our family had a fabulous time I celebrated my birthday July 4th on the beach and could not have asked for a better way to celebrate No need to drive just walk across the street My favorite parts were the Drum Circle on Sunday also followed by fireworks right on the beach

Excellent Rental

This unit is very well equipped and is in a great location The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes The furnishings are very nice and the beds are comfortable The owners have replaced the main TV in the living room with a smart TV that provides access to all streaming video services The wifi was fast and easy to access Having access to a garage was a great feature in the Florida summer heat Our family had a wonderful week and would love to return again

Spring Break 2016

This was our first time at Siesta Key as we usually stay in Longboat Key We loved Our House at the Beach The condo was so large extremely clean and nice We enjoyed the balconies tons of closet space and it was SO nice to be able to walk to the public beach because there are a lot of people trying to park there on spring break The pool area was great and we grilled out and ate up there one night We traveled with 3 teenagers and a 10 yr old Everyone thought the condo was great Thanks for a fun time

We have been coming to Our House at the Beach for the last 10 or 12 years and we enjoy it very very much It is conveniently located across the street from Siesta Key beach rated 1 in the US Very friendly clean well managed and maintained Problems are always quickly taken care of by Tony the GREATEST and the grounds are always neat well managed and attractive Hope to continue as long as we can make the trip from New York
