Welcome to Nautical Tides, a beach-tastic home with six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms just a quick stroll from the famous white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. This getaway has a rooftop deck, where you can catch amazing bay views, sunrise, and sunset, and is packed with luxurious amenities to create an unparalleled vacation experience.
The house's main living area features an open design meant to encourage the whole family to spend time together in the same room. There is a cozy seating area with comfortable seating, an HDTV, and a dining room that can seat six people at the dining table, with additional seats available at the kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials, making it easy for chefs of all levels to cook up a storm!
Our beach-inspired home features a primary bedroom, three guest rooms appointed with a comfortable King bed and TV, and two perfect guest rooms for kids. Ascend the stairs to the primary bedroom, a peaceful retreat boasting a premium bed, balcony access, and a stunning ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a soaking tub that will help you rejuvenate after a fun-packed day. The five guest rooms have an ensuite bathroom, jack-n-jill, or easy access to the hall bath, and one of the children's rooms has an arcade game!

-Second Bedroom, 3rd floor: Two Twin over Twin bunk beds, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combination
-Third Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combination
-Fourth Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, shares hallway bathroom
-Fifth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, shared balcony, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
-Sixth Bedroom, 2nd floor: Twin over Twin bunk beds, twin trundle, shared balcony, shares hallway bathroom
On to the outdoor area! Featuring an incredible outdoor area, complete with a private heated pool and spa. The covered seating area is perfect for entertaining, with an outdoor dining table, bar top, propane BBQ grill, and even a Foosball table and a putting green for some friendly competition. The lush tropical landscaping adds to the already stunning beauty of this space, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.
The location of Nautical Tides is unreal! It is right by the bay and just a short walk from the beach. This home is also near Bridge Street, home to some of the best shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, nightlife, and family-friendly activities on the Island. There's truly something for everyone to relish while on vacation at Nautical Tides!

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
