It is conveniently located within a short walk to the beach as well as the Holmes Beach Business District for easy access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and more.
This home is just perfect for any family. Professionally decorated and outfitted with fine fixtures, travertine marble, and granite countertops you will find Mermaid's Watch gives you the modern upgrades you come to expect while making you feel the Old World Florida Charm! You'll love the location, just a brief stroll to the Gulf beach where you'll go to soak up the sun and relax on the beautiful white baby powder-soft sands.
This bungalow style home comes with all the amenities to make sure your vacation time is easy and enjoyable. The fully furnished interior has been carefully and tastefully selected to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your family will easily be able to gather together and you'll enjoy spending time with them here at this cozy Anna Maria Island home.
The Master Suite comes with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a large jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower finished with the natural stones, granite, and travertine.
The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom comes with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and Pull Out Twin Trundle. Each room also features a flat-screen HDTV. The shared hallway bath for bedrooms 2 and 3 also has great stone selections as well as fun decorative fixtures for that perfect detailed touch. There is also a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
The lushly landscaped outdoor area boasts a private heated pool with spa, and you'll also find the propane BBQ grill just great for cooking up some burgers or hotdogs while your family enjoys the pool and year-round amazing Florida weather. You all will feel right at home in your own exclusive vacation oasis.
