Luxury relaxation!

This was just the getaway I needed. Incredible kitchen and amazing views to enjoy meals in.. The location is just off the main road so it is peaceful and quiet, but close enough to make it easy to get to restaurants and shops. The pool area and water views are the nigh-point. We had daily encounters with dolphins in the kayaks provided. This was a paradise getaway for sure!

Amazing property!! We loved the hot tub and pool in this quiet location. The boats go by and we were able to watch dolphins swimming by and sighted them using the two kayaks. The house itself is spacious and beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous Home with a Perfect and Quiet location

This house has it all-
We thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous home and all its amenities. It’s a very QUIET area and perfect location for relaxing, watching wildlife, kayaking (as we had dolphins playing right next to us while kayaking). What a cool experience!
The beautiful and very large kitchen was great for cooking together. The spacious family rooms were a great gathering spot and outdoor grilling area and bar was perfect as we used it several times. So many refrigerators to keep beverages and food cold and handy.
It was so enjoyable sitting in the pool watching yachts and boats go by during the day and in the evening relaxing in the warm hot tub and stargazing.
We enjoyed fishing off the dock several times during our stay.
The sunrise was amazing!!
The beds were very comfortable and accommodating for our large group. The outdoor TV next to the pool was fun for sports watching.
This home is peaceful and away from the crowds but only a short bike ride, walk or drive to the white sandy beach, shopping and dinning.

Absolutely Amazing

This property is amazing! It completely exceeded our expectations for our family getaway. We had plenty of room (5 adults and 4 kids). The details in the kitchen and around the house, the fabulous views throughout the house, and the luxurious master bedroom and bath blew us away. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the pool and in the various outdoor spaces watching the boats go by. And the huge tv on the covered porch was the perfect spot to watch the NFL playoff games. Also, the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful and the check in/ check out process was super easy. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. 10/10 recommend!

April vacation

We absolutely loved this property. There were 2 families with 10 people in total and everyone couldn't get enough. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and we loved watching the boats go by. It's a nice walk to downtown and we also took full advantage of the bikes and beach cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Mainsail property. The home is very high quality and conducive to wonderful conversations and experiences. The pool and hot tub are extremely large and comfortable. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and were pleased to find we were able to dock our boat for the week at the property and tie to the more than accommodating dock and pilings. We enjoyed the kayaks and exploring the intracoastal waters. The home is a short drive to downtown Siesta Key and only 15-20 minutes from downtown Sarasota which was fun and lively. The "bonus" rooms and games downstairs were a hit with the kids. Great views and outdoor living areas! We will be back!
