Inside is an elegantly designed living space with countless windows boasting water views and a lovely seating area with high-end chairs, a sofa, and a TV and fireplace at the focal point. The kitchen features granite countertops, bar seating for four, and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, and in the formal dining room is a round table that seats seven guests. Prepare a concoction of delicious drinks at the wet bar and enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony.
The primary bedroom has coastal colors, wood furnishings, a TV, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and a unique enclosed shower with a tub. The two guest bedrooms are appointed with King beds, bright d cor, and TVs, and the second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. This unit also has a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and hall bathroom.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
