The courtyard is surrounded by landscaped fencing and walls and is adorned with antique brick pavers, creating privacy as you enjoy the outdoor amenities. The pool has an ornate fountain as the centerpiece and an outdoor kitchen setup with a built-in grill and bar-height seating for guests to enjoy a cocktail while the fresh seafood and burgers are being cooked.

As you arrive at this home, you'll notice the Spanish Mediterranean ambiance from the early 1900s that helped shape the Iconic Sarasota Architecture scene. There is a chic living space with a sofa, chairs, and a TV, and it opens into the home's parlor, which features floor-to-ceiling antique crank windows and a bistro table, where guests can delight in friendly conversation or card game. The kitchen is an absolute chef's dream, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and essentials, including pots, pans, and utensils. The original hardwood floors are the real star in the dining room, with a table set for eight guests.

The original hardwood floors carry out through the home's three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has vibrant decor, with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest room has a TV and ample storage space, and the third bedroom is fabulous for kids; it has two bunk beds! These rooms share the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
