Staying in T31 felt like our ldquosecond homerdquo It was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony of the beach and the gulf was breathtaking We enjoyed on several occasions having breakfast and lunch around the table outside on the balcony The condo had all the amenities needed to make our vacation most enjoyable We hope to return some day and if we do T31 would definitely be our first choice to stay

Great Condo

We loved this condo will certainly be back I grew up on this very beach in this building a few floors up so it was great to be back The kitchen and living area is just lovely oh so cozy in this unit I love the smart TV as well so no need to bring your own Apple TV The refrigerator is very cool as well The closets are a nice size The views are spectacular and watching the sunsets from the balcony is just as I remember it I would like to see them offer beach towels in the unit so we dont have to use our bath towels have to wash them daily Other than that its great and I highly recommend it

We had a wonderful time at Jamicia Royale The grounds and pools were so well kept and inviting Unit T31 provided a beautiful view of the gulf and is beautifully decorated and very comfortable It was the perfect home away from home We look forward to our next visit
