Wonderful Stay

The unit was very spacious and comfortable The outdoor balcony space was incredible The office was very prompt at addressing our AC problem They had a tech there and had it fixed the same day The beach was beautiful We would stay here again

This was our first time staying here and being in Siesta Key FL It was an awesome stay The overall property and especially the beach was absolutely beautiful It was easy to book and the staff was wonderful in helping us Our actual condo T22 could use some updating in the kitchen And a few minor things like the toaster didn39t work perfectly the shower leaked a little but that didn39t stop us from really enjoying ourselves Overall we would highly recommend the Jamaican Royale for a great get away

We39ve been staying at Jamaica Royale for several years until about 3 years ago the management back then was horrible rude didn39t correct issues and always had an excuse so we stopped going We heard that there was a new management in charge and figured we would give it a try and were very glad to have done so We had an issue in which they handled in the most professional manner possible and went the extra mile Excellent customer satisfaction Our only current issue is that their beach chairs are not allowed passed a certain point which is too far away from the water and with small kids that doesn39t work causing us to haul our own chairs from home
