This unit has 2 floors with a flight of stairs, please be aware this may prove difficult to children or elderly people. NEWLY RENOVATED!!!! 2 story penthouse 2 bedroom/2 bath unit located in the garden/pool #2 area. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs, bathroom and living area downstairs. Enjoy the tropical landscaping in the garden area and swim in any of the 3 heated pools, or enjoy a BBQ Beachside or enjoy our other BBQ and shuffleboard at the Community Patio. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

Wersquove stayed in this unit multiple times Always happy with it Still donrsquot understand why the couch doesnrsquot have a pullout bed Or the second bedroom doesnrsquot have a fulltwin bunk bed or two twin bunk beds Seems like a lack of use of the available space The kitchen chairs are old and uncomfortable and could use replacing Next time we are in siesta key PH5 will be on the list of the first places to check for availability
