This tastefully decorated oversized two story one bedroom suite plus bonus room boasts a large screen TV, walk-in shower, plus adjoining lanai perfect for a reading room or extra guest. The first floor easily accommodates additional guests with a queen size pull-out bed and full bath. This townhouse has the ultimate location for easy access to the pool and beach as well. This beautiful 1 bed, 2 bath, plus a den, unit is spacious and welcoming. It spreads out on two levels and is just a short walk from the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities of home and the unit features a washer and dryer for your convenience. The property provides three heated pools, outdoor BBQ facilities, beach chairs, warm Gulf breezes, stunning sunsets, as well as private and direct access to the sugar-white sands of "America's #1 Beach" - Siesta Key. Siesta Key features some of the best restaurants and activities Florida has to offer. Come and enjoy your piece of paradise! This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

The quality of the customer service was excellent When we got to our unit the air conditioning was not working but Josh came and checked it out and had the repair service out within an hour or two The location of PH1 is awesome Close to the pool close to the beach and even has an ocean viewnbsp

Jamaica Royale is ideally located with convenient parking and pool amenities The staff is friendly and helpful from front office to maintenance to security We have stayed here for several years and do not contemplate any change The views from the property toward the ocean are wonderful and there is plenty of space on the beach to relax

The front office staff is very efficient and helpful The grounds staff are constantly working to keep the grounds including the pool and the beach in a condition that easily accommoreview_dates everyone39s needs The beach is large the rules are reasonable and the view is gorgeous There is plenty of space for everyone so it never feels overly crowded

Wonderful Place

This is our 2nd year in a row visiting Jamaica Royale and love it The office is so helpful and friendly The groundspool are always crisp and clean This year we stayed in PH1 and we highly recommend The location alone is amazing The upstairs outdoor patio was our favorite spot in morning We sat out their and had a great view of pool and beach Parking is just outside your front door and love having in unit washerdryer Only suggestion for owner is to have less glassware in kitchen and more pool safe cups Overall a great place to stay

We have stayed at Jamaica Royale over 25 times for our honeymoon in 1978 then returning with our daughters many years as they grew up Now our daughters and their families stay at Jamaica Royale and we stay there as well Tropical Sands management is doing a great job Always a great vacation wonderful memories
