Incredible Resort

This was our fifth visit to Jamaica Royale and we feel like we are visiting family when we come This year we stayed in Unit 406 and the view was spectacular The balcony was huge and the living room kitchen and dining room were nicely upreview_dated The bedroom closets were large and the beds were very comfortable The bathrooms could use some updating as the master bath shower door wouldnrsquot close completely so there was a puddle of water on the floor after every shower Other than than that the only other thing that would have added to our enjoyment would have been if the property provided a shuttle to and from the restaurants and bars Unfortunately we didnrsquot see the public shuttle the entire week Thanks so much and wersquoll see you again soon

BEAUTIFUL VIEW

Condo is very well stocked and the furniture is very very comfortable The view of the ocean is wonderful You do not even have to leave the condo to see the beautiful sunsets every night Even though there are mirrors everywhere a mirror in the guest bedroom would be very helpful The kitchen is the best with lots of pots pans and two crockpots both actually work The dishwasher is the quietest ever Best yet it has a washer and dryer in the unit

Great time in Siesta Key

The views from the unit are truly amazing Only complaint was the master bathroom shower door would not close properly and every time we took a shower the water would run all over the floor Everything else in the unit was adequate for a rental unit at the beach

Amazing Views and Beach Location

We loved our stay in Siesta Key Jamaica Royale complex is a great beach location and during our stay the private beach in front of the towers was not crowded Itrsquos located about 1 mile from the village super quick drive The views from 406 overlook the pool and Gulf Of Mexico which our kids took full advantage of during our week long stay We enjoyed several meals on the balcony overlooking the Gulf it was magical Unbeatable location for this condo We had a slight hiccups minor but worth noting The master bed was newly replaced right before our stay which we appreciated but was not super comfortable but not terrible eithernbsp The bathrooms were very tiny but thatrsquos to be expected in these kind of condos They suited just fine The door to the master shower did not stay closed during showers and often there was a puddle on the tile floor that needed mopped up with a towel after The kitchen was nicely appointed with new appliances We were so thankful for the washer and dryer The AC unit worked for the first half of the week with no issues The last few nights when coming in for then night we noticed it didnrsquot seem very cool in the condo After waking up hot I checked and it was 77 when the thermostat was consistently set at 72 It struggled to stay at 75 the rest of the days We let the front desk know of the problem and they did send someone to remedy the problem I wish we would have let them know sooner this was our first time to Florida and it was super hot outside I wasnrsquot sure what to expect with how well the AC units kept up We had an amazing week in SK with our 4 teenagers The condo provided a great space for us to call home for the week with just some minor bumps in the road Would definitely recommend and come back

We found our condo much to our liking The kitchen was very well equiped and the Living Room was especially nice Our grandchildren preferred our condo over theirs because it was so comfortable And the best was the great deck with a cool breeze day and night So enjoyable as we looked out over the ocean We hope to find this unit available on next trip to Siesta KeyTake Care Donna Gary Montague

Great balcony and view Beautiful beach Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes pots pans utensils you would need Only one minor complaint I think the mattress in the master bedroom could be replaced I always felt as if I were rolling toward the middle of the bed

We had the best time at your condo It was beautiful clean and in the perfect location We appreciated the full kitchen filled with all of the pots pans plates and silverware The owners also left beach chairs umbrella and lots of beach accessories to use There were also extra blankets and pillows for use And it was a huge plus to have a washer and dryer in the unit Beautiful view of the beach and pool We loved the extra large balcony I do not have one complaint We would love to stay there again
