New tile flooring in entryway, living room/dining room, kitchen and hallway. King-sized bed in master bedroom, two double beds in guest bedroom. There are televisions in both bedrooms. Full-sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Just a short walk to Siesta Key Beach. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
