The living area has two large, comfortable reclining sofas and a chair to help you enjoy watching the 65" smart flat screen TV with DVD and Netflix availability. The modern kitchen is well stocked with new stainless appliances. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and is adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom offers a king size pillow top mattress and a 32" flat screen TV. There is a small desk inside this bedroom for guests to use. The master bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a 27" TV and a full size sleeper sofa. Directly across the hall is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. This unit is deal for families or two couples traveling together. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

Recent stay a Jamaica Royale

Unit 082 has been renovated except for the hall bathroom It could use some attention Great location for beach access Only suggestion would be mark the parking spaces consistently with yellow lines to avoid confusion with neighboring units We did have some questions from the unit next door thinking we were parking in their assigned spaces Other than that we were very satisfied with our accomodations

This unit was very nice and everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation The washer and dryer was a plus The beds were comfortable along with the recliner and couch recliners My husband enjoyed the big screen TV at night We canrsquot wait to go back and rent this until again and the location of unit was great

This is a nice upreview_dated 2BR Condo with close walk to the beach The Bedrooms were spacious and have both a Tub and Walk In Shower Bring your beach towels as there are none in the room but there is a nice beach cart with a couple nice beach chairs and some sand and pool toys for the kids

Grounds and pool are well tended Unit has been upreview_dated and is cleanBathrooms are small Basic supplies provided paper towels dishwasher detergent dish soap bar soap sponge dish clothes and towels Clothes washer soap was left by previous guest I believe Kitchen equipment is reminiscent of grandmas kitchen functional and well used corelle plates vintage cooking utensils and baking dishes Toaster oven stored in a closet Tile floors with aging throw rugs Would love to have beach towels included so that I didnt have to waste suitcase space bringing my own Short walk to pools or beach sunsets Siesta Key sand is the best
